To encourage and help my athletes to become the best athlete they can be and to succeed at the highest level they are capable of.

I want my athletes to enjoy their sport, to have fun, maintain a balance in their lives and to continually learn from their experiences as an athlete.

I will endeavor to treat each of my athletes as an individual, and to provide a safe training environment for my athletes. To continue learning and developing as a coach.
